Foreign affairs minister Sam Kahamba Kutesa has apologised to the Nigerian government on behalf of the Ugandan government for arresting and detaining their citizens Omah, Tems and Muyiwa.
The artists were arrested on Sunday following complaints from Ugandans about the government’s unfairness for allowing foreigners to stage a concert in Kampala while citizens are still banned from doing the same.
They were released yesterday Tuesday 15th December.
